Increase Your Home Value with Us

Staging a home before selling isn't just about making the space look pretty – it's a strategic move that can significantly increase the value of your property. By showcasing a well-staged home, you're essentially presenting a vision to potential buyers of what their future could look like. A properly staged home highlights the best features of the property, maximizing its appeal and creating an emotional connection with buyers. This can lead to quicker sales and potentially higher offers, as buyers are willing to pay a premium for a home that feels move-in ready and impeccably presented.

Moreover, staging helps buyers envision themselves living in the space, allowing them to see the full potential of each room. By de-personalizing the space and presenting it in a neutral yet inviting manner, staging removes distractions and allows buyers to focus on the property's key selling points. Additionally, staging can help highlight the functionality of each room, ensuring that buyers see the versatility and flexibility of the space. Ultimately, staging your home before selling is a strategic investment that can pay off handsomely in terms of increased buyer interest, faster sales, and ultimately, a higher selling price.

Baby Lucia's Room Before and After

We decided to turn the smaller bedroom that was once my office into the nursery.  When I brought the house in September of 2015, I discovered not one but two layers of wallpaper! One that you see here and the one beneath literally just plain white textured paper.  My mom rented a deluxe steamer and bought a laundry detergent because this wallpaper would not come off.  So much so that we were losing piece of the wall.  After a couple days, the wallpaper was officially gone, dry wall needed to be replaced and my whole house smelled like Tide.

The next steps were to paint the walls, ceiling (it was literally brown) and trim.  The first color I chose for my office was Iced Apricot SW 6352. We thought we could keep this color for the nursery but decided it was a little too dark once everything was placed. We ended up landing on Nearly Peach SW 6336. I'm a big rug fan so I found the rug I loved first then started shopping for supporting items based on rug.

Jenny Lind Crib - Buy Buy Baby; Vintage Moroccan Boucherouite Rug - Spearmint Love; Glider - Amazon. Antique buffet - The Picker Knows; Baskets - CK Design Co; Elephant Hamper - Home Depot; Chandelier - Wayfair; Cat paintings - Ramona Muse.
